For Aurora, that calling became clear while caring for her father during his illness. Serving as his advocate offered a deeply intimate perspective on the healthcare journey—and revealed how profoundly the quality of care impacts not only the individual, but the entire family. It was during this time that her passion for caregiving took shape, along with a clear vision: to build the kind of agency she would trust with her own loved ones—one defined by compassion, dignity, and unwavering attention to detail.

While Aurora’s professional background is in the apparel industry, healthcare has always been a meaningful interest—one that ultimately evolved into a true vocation through her personal experience.

Hans began his career in finance, though he always felt a pull toward something more purposeful. After both of their families were affected by cancer, what began as reflection turned into clarity. Together, they recognized a shared desire to create something deeply fulfilling—work that would not only support others, but truly make a difference.

Caregiving, for them, is more than a profession. It is a commitment to delivering thoughtful, elevated care—grounded in empathy, trust, and the belief that every family deserves to feel supported during life’s most vulnerable moments.
