Sean R. Souza, Franchise Owner
Owner/Administrator, Sean Souza has been active in many areas of senior care and relative consulting. As a registered caregiver and state licensed owner of Home Matters Caregiving Orange Coast, he has spent many years both caring for those in need as well as connecting families with the much needed information and services necessary to support aging at home. This passion has been the driving force for both he and his wife Debbie as they serve the aging community and adoring families. From hospice support to companionship as a Caregiver, or as a state licensed General Contractor & Real Estate Agent, Sean has been able to professionally comfort and guide many families and their loved ones as they gracefully age wherever they call home.
Debora K. Souza, Franchise Owner
Debora Souza is the Co-Owner and visionary of the Home Matters Orange Coast team. As a state accredited special needs provider, her passion is to serve those in need, regardless of age. Debbie holds an M.A. in Educational Counseling as well as being a state registered Caregiver. Service to family, friends and clients dates back nearly 30 years and continues actively to this day. Regular support for in need seniors as well as guiding students that are actively pursuing careers in the elder care realm is where Debbie has her greatest reward in giving. (well, maybe second only to her three grandsons born this past year) Debbie’s dedication to serve is a heartfelt passion indeed.
