With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, directing complex global operations, building high-performing teams, and guiding companies through rapid growth and innovation, Sunny shifted his focus in 2021. Influenced by the unprecedented impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and a heightened awareness of the vulnerabilities and unmet needs of older adults, he made a purposeful transition to the senior care field.
Driven by a passion to improve the quality, reliability, and dignity of care for aging individuals and their families, he applies his strategic, operational, and business-development expertise—combined with the innovative senior care solutions offered by Home Matters Caregiving—to reimagine how in-home support is delivered. By bringing together world-class operational discipline with compassionate, client-centered practices, he is working to raise the standards of senior care in the Bay Area and help families navigate the evolving challenges of an aging population.
Connie Fu - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Connie is a dedicated Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in long-term care nutrition, bringing both expertise and compassion to her work. She is deeply passionate about improving the health and well-being of older adults, specializing in managing chronic conditions, promoting balanced nutrition, and addressing the unique dietary needs of residents in nursing home and assisted living settings.
Connie collaborates closely with interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized nutrition plans that support both physical and mental health outcomes. She is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate guidance that ensures residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable eating experience. Beyond direct care, Connie plays a vital role in educating staff and families about the critical role nutrition plays in healthy aging, empowering them to make informed choices that enhance quality of life.
Connie holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition with a minor in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
Jacorí S. Zeigler, LVN - Nurse Guide Specialist
Jacorí Zeigler, known as Nurse Sadie, is a Nurse-Guided Specialist at Home Matters Caregiving. She brings over a decade of hands-on clinical experience across home health, urgent care, hospital, and skilled nursing settings, along with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. As a licensed vocational nurse in California, she brings strong expertise in medication management, wound care, chronic condition monitoring, and advanced procedures including IV therapy and tracheostomy care.
Nurse Sadie has also held clinical leadership roles, training staff, managing workflows, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Her diverse background across pediatric, acute, and long-term care enables her to support clients with complex and evolving needs. At Home Matters, she oversees individualized care plans, supports caregivers in the field, and leverages Sensi AI insights to identify early changes in condition and enable timely intervention. Her clinical depth and proactive, compassionate approach make her a vital member of the leadership team.
Molly Lee - Client Services Manager
A graduate of SJSU Management, Molly brings a wealth of experience in senior care management and business development to our team. With a proven track record of leading programs that enhance the quality of life for older adults, she combines strategic insight with compassionate care.
Deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the community, Molly actively participates in initiatives such as the Healthy Family Project and Milpitas Adult Education, among others. Her dedication extends beyond professional responsibilities, reflecting her genuine passion for supporting families and seniors alike. Known for her collaborative spirit and solution-focused approach, Molly ensures that every aspect of care is delivered with excellence, empathy, and integrity.
