Timothy’s career began in direct patient care as a caregiver and medical assistant. He has assisted clients with personal care, supported them through hospital stays, and walked alongside families during difficult transitions. These early experiences shaped his understanding of the vulnerability families feel when inviting someone into their home and gave him deep respect for caregivers and the essential role they play in preserving dignity and independence.
