Women’s History Month – Women in Senior Care Series
During Women’s History Month, we are profiling several female leaders at Home Matters. They hold many different positions. They come from many different walks of life. But they all have a passion for serving our senior population.
Meet Stephanie Nesbitt
Stephanie is the community liaison and business development manager for Home Matters Caregiving. She chose to be a part of Home Matters because she strongly believes in the organization’s core values and its mission to serve seniors, granting them grace and dignity as they age. She is passionate about ensuring they remain safe and can fully live to the best of their abilities.
Stephanie’s advice to others is to follow their passion. Even in challenging times, Stephanie emphasizes the importance of believing in one’s purpose, leading with the heart, and recognizing the impact of their work, no matter how small it may seem. She believes that if one truly believes in their work, then everything contributes to the greater good.
Stephanie holds a deep conviction that in the complexities of the world, it’s vital to trust in what one is doing and to always have faith that they are on the right path, led to their work by a greater force. Her journey reflects a continuous faith in the positive difference one can make.
