Home Matters Caregiving is pleased to announce the promotion of Heidi Rowell from Director of Operations to Chief Operating Officer, effective February 20, 2024. This strategic move is part of Home Matters’s ongoing efforts to enhance operational excellence and drive sustainable growth.

Heidi Rowell has been a pivotal part of the Home Matters team.  As the Beaverton office transitioned from a local agency in 2020 into a franchise system it was critical that Heidi rejoined our mission.  Since her return in 2022 she has significantly contributed to streamlining operations, improving team productivity, and implementing innovative strategies that have propelled the company forward.  In her new role as COO, Ms. Rowell will oversee the company’s day-to-day operational functions, ensuring that Home Matters Caregiving continues to deliver exceptional value to its franchisees while maintaining operational efficiency.

“Heidi’s exceptional leadership skills, deep understanding of our operations, and unwavering commitment to our mission have been instrumental in our success,” said Jeffrey Giedt, CEO of Home Matters. “We are confident that under Heidi’s guidance, Home Matters will reach new heights of operational excellence and market leadership.”

Heidi has devoted her career to serving seniors, beginning as a caregiver and learning from the ground up. Since her time as a caregiver, she has gained extensive experience in operations management, strategic planning, and business development serving in various leadership roles. Heidi also spent several years at the Alzheimer’s Association continuing her mission to serve the aging population. Ms. Rowell holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from George Fox University, further underscoring her expertise and dedication to excellence in the operational domain.

“I am honored and excited to step into the role of COO at Home Matters,” said Heidi Rowell. “I look forward to working closely with our talented team to drive efficiencies, innovation, and growth that will further establish our company as a leader in the In-Home Care industry.”
