November Caregiver of the Month
Desiree Cruz joined our team in June, bringing her experience, kindness and compassion with her. She quickly became a favorite among clients and we often receive requests for her. Desiree ensures that she provides the best care for her clients during her shifts and always communicates promptly to our nurses and managers when she sees something out of the ordinary with a client. One of the many things our office team loves about Desiree is that she is coachable and takes feedback well. She wants to be the best professional caregiver she can be and works to make that happen each day. We are proud to have Desiree as part of the Home Matters family.
