Congratulations to Atalaya Cruse, our professional caregiver of the month. Atalaya joined our team just over a year ago, and has been a reliable part of our nightshift caregiving team. Atalya always arrives at her shifts on time, and is prepared to provide the care the clients need. She gets to know her clients needs and calls the office team when she notices a care plan update that needs to be made or sees that her client could benefit from additional services. She returns calls promptly and is a true team player when it comes to scheduling. She is proactive with letting the scheduling team know what shifts she is available for and is always willing to care for a new client.
