Congratulations, to Idell Brown, our December caregiver of the month. Idell is not only a very knowledgeable and skilled caregiver, but also personable and compassionate. Many clients have requested to have Idell become part of their regular schedule after she has filled in for them. Idell is a true team player, always picks up the calls from our scheduling team, and communicates clearly about what shifts she can and cannot work. She is quick to advocate for her clients and lets us know right away about any changes in condition. Idell attended our advanced hospice training in October to ensure she has the best skills to care for our most complex clients. Thank you Idell, we are lucky to have you on our team.
