Cecil Miller was born in 1935 and grew up in Gresham, OR. He lived in Oklahoma for a period of time in his childhood where he remembers plowing the land with horses. He’s been married to his sweetheart Gail for 41 years. Cecil spent the majority of his life in Gresham where he raised his three children. His hobbies have been fishing, sports, and going to athletic events. His advice for the younger generation is to plan to enjoy spending time with people you don’t know. He likes the care he has received from Home Matters and said he hasn’t met anyone from our team who didn’t want to do their job, or didn’t enjoy making people’s lives happier and healthier. Our staff members have all enjoyed getting to know Cecil and said he is a joy to work with.
