Meet Our Team

Tamara Alfonso - Owner

Tamara is a mother of four adult daughters and a Memaw to two grandsons, who finds joy in cooking, singing at church, fishing, hiking, and serving others. With over 30 years of experience in the caregiving industry, her passion for empowering seniors began at age 18 when she served as a personal caregiver to an elderly woman. In 2007, Tamara embarked on her professional caregiving journey, assisting a client with Parkinson’s disease through swimming exercises. From 2012 to 2025, she worked as a Scheduling Manager for two in-home care agencies, where she successfully matched caregivers with clients, fostering meaningful connections. Leveraging her extensive experience and knowledge, Tamara is excited to provide personalized care services to her community, delivering support with compassion, dedication, and a commitment to inspiring hope and joy.

Matt Yetter - Owner

Matt has been a devoted husband to his wife, Sara, for over 20 years, and a father to five remarkable children. His life has been enriched by the love and support of his family. His transition into the caregiving industry is a natural extension of his lifelong commitment to serving others. As a pastor in the vibrant community of Beaverton, Matt has consistently demonstrated a passion for uplifting those in need. Matt’s professional background is rooted in 17 years of world-class customer service experience and his decade-long experience owning, maintaining, as well as running his own Home Inspection services business. This has equipped him with the compassion and understanding necessary to care for seniors. Witnessing the profound impact of care and companionship on the lives of elderly individuals in his own life has fueled Matt’s passion to offer care with the dignity, respect, and love they deserve. Matt is eager to bring the same dedication and heartfelt service that he provides in his pastoral and business roles to seniors in his community.
