Tyson Queen - Franchise / Area Owner, Home Matters Caregiving

At my core, I am an entrepreneur. Over the past 12 years, I’ve dedicated my life to starting and building companies in both the on-demand consumer technology space and the senior care industry. Along this journey, I had the privilege of turning a simple idea into a publicly traded company, creating thousands of jobs and opportunities. While proud of this accomplishment, I yearned to align my personal calling with my professional mission, leading me to the undeniable choice of Home Matters Caregiving.

In 2020, amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, I made the pivotal decision to join the Home Matters team. This commitment wasn’t just a strategic business move; it was a heartfelt dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of our aging population, their families, and our incredible team members. For me, it’s about extending the same level of care, compassion, and dedication I reserve for my own family to the communities we serve.

Beyond the business realm, I’m a former college basketball player standing tall at 6’5”. When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me savoring moments with my family or indulging in my current sports obsession, beach volleyball. I am happily married with one incredible son and another on the way, family is my anchor. Recognizing the preciousness of time, I strive to be the best husband and father I can be, ensuring that every moment away from them holds profound meaning. I’m grateful that Home Matters allows me to seamlessly merge my personal calling and professional mission.

Tyler Williams - Franchise / Area Owner, Home Matters Caregiving

In 2020, I was looking for a new business venture. My partner introduced me to an opportunity in the in-home senior care industry and after many brainstorming and strategy sessions, I found myself becoming more and more passionate about caring for our aging population. Since then, our guiding principle for every decision we make is simple: how will it enhance our ability to offer better care to more individuals?

Drawing upon my experience in marketing and operations, I have supported our team in various capacities. This includes handling everyday tasks such as caregiver recruitment and scheduling, engaging in strategic thinking to consistently improve our processes, and increasing our engagement with the communities we serve. I love being able to say that our team has truly embodied servant leadership and strives to give all of our clients the care that they deserve.

I call Louisiana home, with my wife and son. Away from work I enjoy coaching youth sports, playing golf and supporting my alma maters, Mississippi State University and the University of Memphis. I’m also a fan of live music and finding good food off the beaten path.
My ultimate objective for our agencies, and the Home Matters franchise as a whole, is to foster continued growth, enabling us to serve more seniors and create more job opportunities for caregivers.
