A husband-and-wife team dedicated to providing seniors with the best care possible. Sulette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Pfeiffer University. She is also a licensed North Carolina Assisted Living Administrator and Notary. She has been dedicated to serving seniors for more than a decade. Sulette finds fulfillment in personalizing care and is enthusiastic about helping individuals remain in their homes as long as they can. As our General Manager, Sulette makes sure that our clients’ and caregiver’s needs are the primary focus each day. She oversees and supports not only the administration team, but our Care Professionals as well. Sulette is the first point of contact when potential clients or families call our office in need of assistance.
Jacques holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing and is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). Prior to becoming an FNP Jacques dedicated more than ten years of service as an ICU RN serving both the Veteran and civilian populations. For the past ten years he has been committed to serving the geriatric population. Just like Sulette, he wears many fabulous hats. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his field, and allows Home Matters Caregiving to meet State standards, through his detailed assessments and evaluations of our new clients coming on board as well as through regular visits with our long-term clients. Additionally, He evaluates the skills of all Care Professionals as they join our team and on a yearly basis.
Our goal here at Home Matters is to support our community and clients in whatever way possible. Whether as being leaders in education or by Listening with a caring approach to the family’s needs or what the concerns as well as the challenges are. Or, by introducing the latest technology that promotes improved care outcomes and provides peace of mind. By providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their loved ones, we ultimately put their minds at ease. We want to empower each family to coordinate care by keeping their loved one at home for as long as possible or to provide them with additional assistance in a “community living setting.”
