Heidi has been working with older adults since 1999 when she started her career as a CNA.  It was during her time as a CNA that Heidi realized her passion for working with people living with Alzheimer’s and other dementia.  During her career Heidi has held many leadership positions, most recently as the program director for the Alzheimer’s Association Oregon & SW Washington Chapter.  Heidi uses the skills that she has gained over the course of her career to guide our team in providing high quality care in the home.  She is a graduate of George Fox University and a lifelong Oregonian.
