Neha Bedi, Owner and Executive Director

As the owner of Home Matters Caregiving-East Valley Arizona, Neha is committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors by providing compassionate, personalized care in the comfort of their homes. She believes in serving society in any way she can, as this helps foster compassion, unity, and progress in our communities. From small acts of kindness to dedicated volunteer work, she finds fulfillment in contributing to the well-being of others. For her, service is more than a responsibility—it’s a way to connect with people, uplift those in need, and create a meaningful impact. She actively participates in community service, charitable events, and volunteer efforts, driven by a desire to build a more empathetic and supportive society for future generations. Before entering the senior care industry, she completed her Masters Degree in Computer Applications and had spent nearly 20 years in the IT corporate world as a Software QA professional, focusing on People and Process Management. A few years ago, after a few personal experiences highlighted the preference many seniors have for in-home care over assisted living, she realized that this was her true calling. A conversation with a friend exploring senior in-home care with Home Matters Caregiving solidified her decision to leave the corporate world and pursue her passion for senior care. Her goal is to ensure that every family we serve has peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are receiving the best possible care. Whether providing companionship, assisting with daily activities, or coordinating complex non-medical care, she is proud to be part of an organization that places the well-being of seniors at the forefront.
