Clay Foutch has been in the In-Home Care business in the Portland Metropolitan area since founding the company in 2007. As President of Home Matters Caregiving, his greatest skill is in assembling a qualified team to carry out his company’s mission. A mission to provide exceptional care to the aging population at an affordable cost, and to do so with the most medically competent team in the market. Clay feels strongly that the best way to serve his clients is by providing In-Home Care with the utmost respect and competence allowing his clients to remain in their home safely and independently for as long as possible. Outside of Home Matters, Clay serves seniors through work as a board member for the Alzheimer’s Association SW Washington Chapter and also as a board member with Stepping Up For Seniors, an organization that serves seniors that fall below the poverty line.
