Tamara is a devoted mother to three amazing children. She enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys live music, festivals and the outdoors. Her love for caring for others started at a young age when she cared for her great grandfather. She has been a natural caretaker ever since. Her empathy for others and the aging community has led her into the healthcare industry where she now turns her passion into everyday reality.
Michele Strauch, Administrator/LPN
Michele Strauch is a senior living executive and co-owner of Above and Beyond Senior Living with more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare and senior services. She specializes in guiding seniors and families through complex care decisions while driving operational excellence, compliance, and quality outcomes across senior living communities. Michele has partnered with Home Matters to support staff education, care plan development, and Sensi follow-ups, strengthening continuity of care. A lifelong Colorado resident, she is also a proud mother of three and a devoted dog mom to two very spoiled pups.
Craig Clark, Director of Business Development
